360 games with no book-end art?? Huh!?

So today I bought CONDEMNED for 360 and as soon as I book stack it with the others...something was missing...

True. Yet, about 30 minutes ago, thanks to digitpress.com, a few members informed me that every PH copy of this game was released this way.
