The other day a 6.something quake hit 20 miles from my brothe in Cali. They lost almost everything. Their theater they work at was almost a total loss ( recently renovated at a cost of 6 million). He was pretty yore up about it.

Not a damn thing you can do about natural disasters.Japan was known as the most earthquake proof place on the planet until Kobe was leveled years back in less than 22 seconds.Absolutely helpless.
