added a new skin

a new skin has just been added:
Neogeocd.net

I was able to "successfully" get the skin over to here.... now I just have to figure out how to edit the info for the skin selection.

What do you all think?

I am still having some text problems as well...

I had it but then I changed back to default. The text on the NeoGeo one is a bit too small.
