Yeah, Dell bought Alienware a while back. They had problems before Dell. However, after Dell bought them I started seeing more blatantly stupid mistakes.
 
yeah.. i mean it is dell..

they donated like 20 computers to our hardware class (for compTIA A+ exam) and we ended up ditching them and going back to the old stuff.
 
I use a Dell...

Granted, I completely reformatted it when I got it, and have swapped out 90% of the hardware on it.

...but the case is still a Dell case. And it looks nice.
 
Yea, the "family" PC upstairs is a Dell. Thing was pretty much unbearable until I reinstalled windows and got rid of all that crap they put on there.
