Hi Addicts!

I just thought it would be neat to share a recipe that you're proud of,that you think that other members might like.Of course this topic will be based on the "Honor System".We can't have people going to Gordon Ramsey's sites for ideas, now can we? :lol

My Choice: "Eggs&Bacon". Step one:Heat frying pan
Step two:Add the eggs&bacon
Step three:Add salt&pepper

I know this recipe is intricate, but with practice, you'll have the hang of it. :D

I got a few simple ones.

Breaded Pork Chops- Take 4 medium to thin pork chops and let them sit in a bowl of milk for a bit. Then on a plate mix Italian bread crumbs, Parmesan grated cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Get a skillet pan ready with a good amount of olive oil. Take each piece of pork chop and roll them on the plate to get them really breaded well. Then put them in the pan, brown both sides at medium heat, lastly you cover the pan and let them cook on low heat for a bit. This works good with chicken or fish, too.

Tuna Patties- This one is super easy. Just take one can of white albacore and mix it in a bowl with one egg, bread crumbs, tiny bit of shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix it really good so there's no big chunks of tuna left. Then you pour the contents into a skillet pan with olive oil or pam spray. Once in the pan you can use a spatula to form square patties {almost impossible to do by hand}. Simply brown both sides on medium low heat and then I like to toast the bun in the same pan. For toppings, good old ketchup and mustard is good, but I think they are best with Dijon mustard.

Stuffed Burgers- First you just chop up some onion into very small pieces. I like to lay out all the hamburger meat flat onto a plate and then sprinkle the onions onto the meat. After that you want to roughly form your patties, but leave them sort of loose. Now, take some cheese slices and fold them into small enough squares that they will fit in your patties. I sort of break the patty in half, stuff in the cheese, and then tightly form the patty back around it. Once that is done season them {I like salt, pepper, and garlic powder} and drizzle some Worcestershire Sauce over each patty and let that soak in for a good bit. Grill them up and enjoy!
