Anyone Have Any Gifts To Return?

Back when I was a drunk I would return a lot of stuff for refunds to pay for my hooch.I remember one time a couple at the customer service trying to buy a package of gum with their gift cards hoping to get the balance back in cash.They got a tad livid when they were told that you can't get cash back from gift cards. :lol
 
This year I got Star Trek on Blu-Ray and DVD so I have to take the DVD back and then I'm going to get something else on Blu-Ray.

Hi Zidart.

Will they allow you to switch to a different title?Where I live,returns with receipt or not,they will only switch for the same title even if it hasn't been opened.Is this policy different where you live?
