Anyone here like Jrock/Jpop/Visual Kei?

I see alot of topics right now about music, and I was wondering if anyone else here besides myself are into Jrock, Jpop, and/or Visual Kei music?

My personal favorites include ..

Ayumi Hamasaki
Malice Mizer
Moi Dix Mois
BoA
Gackt
Utada Hikari
Hide
Miyavi
Psycho le Cemu
BLOOD
Scwartz Stein

and alot more... But anyone else like this sort of thing?

Do you also like Malice Mizer? That was Gackt's previous band before going solo..and much, much better than his current stuff.
 
I kinda like his new stuff better, but I have to admit I don't know Jsongs that much, like I said Gackt is really the only guy I know. I don't even know what the heck Visual Kei. Forgive my ignoarnce.

Visual Kei is just a style of band, it translates literaly into "visual style". Bands like Malice Mizer, Moi Dix Mois, Psycho le Cemu, ect..make-up, elaborate costumes, theatrics ect.

If you like Gackt's solo stuff check out some Malice Mizer though, especially the Merveilles album.
 
Heheh, I can't say that I've heard many Japanese bands, but I really liked the Guitar Vader songs that were on Jet Grind Radio.

And then there was that Tsunami Bomb song on Disgaea.
