If my gamecube still worked, I would buy this game :lol.
Ever since I saw it at E3 I was excited for it, and it looks like it shaped up to be an excellent game.

I love the AW series, so this one will be a real treat. Looks awesome.
Nintendo does offer unique titles.
I have really come to appreciate Nintendo lately. The DS is great. The Revolution should shape up to be a great system....

ok... I got this game (very early B-day present)... and it is not too bad. It is not exactly what I thought I was getting.... in fact, it is a bit different.
I finished missions 1-3 pretty quickly. The controls are pretty nice. Controlling your character and troops is not too hard.... its almost like very simplistic picmin with a lock-on system and a different view.
You can take control of any troop or any vehicle on the battlefield.
graphics are not bad at all.... very nice. They are not realistic, but still look good.
So far, I give this game upper 8's... but not 9's. I would have given it a 9, but for some reason, it is not drawing an addiction factor for me yet, and I am disappointed that there is no 2 player option. I thought for sure there was a multiplayer part to this game.... but I was wrong :lol I bought it without looking at how many players because I thought the reviews said 2.... and when I got it home, it was only 1. No biggy though, it is nice to have a few "single player only" games.
