Battle Tanx - Will Wii ever see that game again?

I really like Battle Tanx on the N64... it was a GREAT game!

My question is... will we EVER see this game on the Wii? OR any other system?

I tell you.. that game had INTENSE multiplayer action. I never did play the 2nd N64 installment.... I'd like to sometime. I heard it was as good as the original.

Ya, the second one was grand. My friends and I still rent this game for 64 occasionally and it's always a blast. If they made a straight port of this game to any of the newer systems (upgrading the graphics and framerate of course) I would buy it instantly.

Good Lord I thought I was the only person to like this series! I'd welcome a new installment for the Wii, or even the Gamecube. This would make a great online combat game.

I loved the first N64 version, and had some awesome multiplayer sessions, which is where this game shines. The first time I let off a Nuke I was in love, for it's one of the best weapons in any game ever, I mean you really get a good sense of the power of the nuke in this game when it flattens a massive area of the city. Great effects!

More Battletanx plz, but is 3DO still making games? They kind of relegated themselves to making all different kinds of the Army Men franchise, but I haven't seen anything from them recently.

I remember this game... I liked it. Weren't the buildings destrcutible?

I'm sure Sartori would know, or even a quick internet search would tell me, but if memory serves me correctly they aren't currently making games.

My god Battletanks was glitchy as hell. But who could deny the raw awesomeness of MELTING BUILDINGS!. Seriously, the buildings would look like they were melting when you shot them

The game was good though, I'll admit.
