Battlefield 1942

If anyone else even has this game, we should play it sometime. I'd get killed, considering I don't play it that much, but hey. PM me or post here or something.
 
I am planning on getting it sometime soon...

if cash permits that is..... do you play it online a lot?

do you have the expansion or just regular?

I am getting the regular for about $20... and I can get it for anyone else that wants it @ $20 as well :)

but that does not include expansion.

Another title that is $20 is Medal Of Honor Original.... without expansion.

bummer... I wonder if we can play if I just get the normal version.

I could do that in Delta force: BHD.... you just cannot use the new weapons..etc.

I am very interested though. I am hoping more people will get this game. I offered up for sale in the gen disc.... but if we can get people that have the same games... heck... we can play more :D

Every time I try to set up a server, it never shows up in the game client's list or GameSpy's list. Hmm... I have port forwarding on my router and everything set right, it just doesn't show up.

Really starting to anger me, since I'd like to play my one friend...
 
If you set up a server.... would it automatically update into the list?

I cannot imagine EVERY server game being there.

Maybe I am wrong.

I used to play BF1942 all the time, I also had Desert Combat for it, and a Turbo Jeeps mod, which was hilarious because you could scare the living shit out of someone when your jeep suddenly goes 200 MPH with fire comin out the back, and thats just a tap of the right click. I have played Vietnam a couple times, but everyone is so camoflauged in that game, I just found myself getting picked off like nothin.
