Best Impression of E3

This is my story.... and you're not part of it.
In my opinion the Wii stole the show. To tell the truth, I thought Nintendo blew it again with this remote-shapes controller with a motion sensor, but then I watched and it just fascinated me. Red steel looked amazing and I'm a huge baseball fan so i wnat an MLB game for this thing.

1. The Wii - Red Steel
2. 360 line up

and nothing alse matters cuz i thought SOny had a bad showing, the Wii just overshadowed them

I agree with the last part. :lol

I was expecting to be most interested in Sony this year, but in the end found myself looking at 360 games and the Wii in action. Perhaps that's simply because the media seems to have ignored Sony this year, so had I gone myself perhaps I'd have found that there really was plenty for Sony to show. But, things as they are, I was much more interested in upcoming 360 titles, and what kinds of games can actually be played on the Wii.

So switch the order of the first two around, and chop off that last sentence fragment, and I'd completely agree. :D

Same here. I was almost a hundred percent sure I would buy the PS3 when it comes out, but now Im not so sure anymore.
 
Wii tore everything apart, and thats saying something because just about everyone there did a great job. One of the best E3s in a long time... but the ones that stood out the most I thought were;

1: Super Smash Bros' Brawl
2: Halo 3
3: Sonic Wildfire

It may not be fair to put Halo 3 on that list, but it made me tingle for so long, and remains one of my favorite trailers from the show. As for Wildfire... wow wow wow, I have HIGH hopes for this game, and will be one of my first buys.

Interesting interest for Wild Fire..

Wildfire?

One of the new Sonic games, quite unlike the 360 or PS3 Sonic. From what I know and seen of it (which isn't a whole lot), it looks a whole lot like... a rail game. Sonic seems to run foward on his own, going faster each second. You hold the Wiimote to the side, like you would using the NES setup, and tilt the controller from side to side, making Sonic move in that direaction. You kinda... flick the controller to jump, and press the button to dash attack. I didn't think much of it until I seen it in action, reminds me GREATLY of the old 2D Sonic games. Taking away the 360 world exploration of the other Sonic games, kinda takes away a lot of the quirkiness of it all, and focuses on speed.

Ahh, I understand. Once Sonic got into 3d and off the Dreamcast, I never really cared about the franchise anymore. Harking back to the good ol sidescrolling days would be the best idea in my opinion, but this to at least be a step in the right direction.
