Broken heart and I'm too old apparently

MegaDrive20XX

Segatron Genesis... call me the wizard.
So this girl I wanted to get with, was really sweet and kind to me for over 4 months. Tonight, I found out she didn't want to be in relationship because I am "Too old"...she's 20 btw..and I'm 26....all the signs were there...then the truth revealed she liked my younger friend more than me..

So what does this equal to me? Big depression of course, I guess I am too old.

Well, I better go get some medicine, a walker, and some applesauce..cuz "GRANDPA" Mega ain't worth shootin' anymore...

Seriously, what do i do in a situation like that? why waste my time and money on a girl who led me on for that long and decide that I am some old fart?

Forget about her. She's abviously being a b****. And I'd say you were too good for her anyway. Hmm. If she ends up dating your freind, you should set it up and make plans for your freind to dump. Wait, better idea! If your freind is younger than her. Get your freind to say 'She's too old' for him! That'll shut her up... and get your freind a slap accross the face, but it'll shut her up! :D

I had a situation like that a little while ago.........I didnt waste that much money on her, but I wasted quite a bit of time and effort to discover that she liked someone else younger........i was three years older than her, too.........i was very upset for a few days, but I cut my losses and just kind of got over it.

It'll be fine, man, you'll find someone else. Trust me. Leave her alone to be with your friend or whoever the heck she wants to be with, and just find something to distract yourself for a couple days.....(video games? heh) .........

Girls............very confusing sometimes.

Yeah, I too would say cut your losses and move on. And if for some reason she thinks she has made a mistake and persues you, just tell her she's too young and just blow her off. Personally I have been married for almost six years, and I have yet to figure my wife out. People say they are wired different. I say it's a defect. :lol

by "losses" do you mean wrists? :lol :lol :lol :lol :lol jk

Too old eh? A 5 years difference relay doesn't matter. Girls like that are too shallow to realize to look more towards the inside. The age is just a number. Rember that. Just move on and forget it about it. Shes "dead" to you.

That situation pretty much sucks.

I don't know if this compares, but I just got turned down for a job because I am a student.

I'm (unfortunately) overqualified for most jobs in this area. Being too old or too qualified is lame, considering that they start telling you those things as soon as you aren't "too young" or "underqualified"...

If it wasn't finals week, I think I'd start drinking the remainder of my liquor cabinet.
