Buttons

Hey everybody,

I was just wondering if some of you members can suggest some "Google Toolbar Buttons" or "Gadgets" that could help improve my computers speed in general or perhaps something that would allow me to save music videos or pictures on to my computer so that I have some place to save my pictures and videos I like so I can view them whenever I want.

My apologies,I was a bit vague.What I don't know is the actual step by step procedure to save my videos and pictures,as well as "Buttons" or "Gadgets" to help it all run smoothly.Ask anyone in the forum who knows me,I always looking to learn more and more,and this forum is equipped with a lot of smart people,so who better to ask?
