What do you think? I dont think im gonna get it, it looks sucky. Besides its made by plain Treyarch, a really sucky branch of activision. (In my oppinion.)
 
It's got 4 player co-op mode online. So I'm game for it. I kinda liked COD3. I know it wasn't recieved well by the public, but I think it's decent.

I will probably try it just for the four player co-op.
 
Im pissed. the had a awesome thing going with modern warfare but then they go back to WW2. I think something futuristic would have been way cooler. Oh well i guess well leave that for infinity ward on COD6 :)
 
Well it may be back in WW2 and being done by a mediocre game company right now but they know they have big shoes to fill with COD World at War and I got a feeling that this one will deliver maybe not in the way Modern Warfare did but it will still be good. Who knows maybe they have the sequel to Modern Warfare also in the works right now like Rainbow Six Vegas. Remember how fast Ubisoft shot out a sequel? So maybe the will release a Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 in the future. Who knows but don't count out the COD series just yet.

Yeah I kind of figured they were going to do that so I refrained from calling it CoD5
 
Ok. In my oppinion the only thing that sounds cool about it is that you have a katana, but the 4 player online sounds cool. Thats why i might rent it and give it a try. Who knows? Maybe it might be the best CoD out so far.

Thats what I am saying man, you never know what the game itself will be like and at least we are going back to the pacific war during WW2 instead of killing the same ol Nazi's as in most of the games about that genre.

Logically, it would be CoD4 being developed by Infinity Ward, since Treyarch made 3.

Yes, which is why Nintendo showed it at their conference.

Obviously not, it's from a third party, they're gonna make it multi-platform.

That happens with every multi-platform game. Someone posts it here because most, if not all, members will get it for the 360, it eventually gets moved to GD because someone complains about it like it really affects something.
 
I hope this COD takes place all over the world. It might be enough to warrant me a purchase!!! BEcause if 4 was the 8th bestselling game of all time, then I would be commanded to get this one, you know?

There will be a campaign taking place on the Russian Front (hopefully they do something other than Stalingrad or Kursk this time around) and a campaign, taking place in the Pacific, fighting the Japanese.

Yes. However, there were only three major fronts to WWII (four if you count North Africa and Italy), so it isn't as though they could have made it take place across the whole world.
