There are so many.I'm currently using "CCleaner",Are there any better ones that you would recommend?

Besides that I like Spybot and Diskeeper Lite {disc defrag}.

Not only is a disc cleaner (kinda like windows disk cleanup, but more thorough) included, but registry cleaners and registry optimizers are included, among other things...
