Can you change the background color on the PSP?

I swear the Japanese ones were blue... I have green.

I didn't read the manual... but is there a way to change it.

Nope there isnt. I read the manual about three times to see if it's in there, but it's not. I guess it's a way to differentiate PSP's.

it changes with the month. So if you set your time to a different month...it will change. Read this on another board already

^Aprilsrain is right. Every month the background is a different color. Pretty soon we'll have a month of pink...

yes, not only can you change the color but you can have a custom background picture.

i figured this all out the first day i had my psp.... why would you look in the manual before you played around with the psp to see what setting you can mess with?

Well, it can be faster to use the index in the manual sometimes ;-p
Seriously though, he may have had an earlier firmware which did not allow it to be changed.

My manual is in Japanese. I can't read Japanese.

Look at the dates they were posted as well, not long after the PSP's launch.

No, you couldn't. The original store shelf 1.50 firmwares didn't allow it. You had to update.

PEOPLE! go to system settings, theme, and change the color to whatever you desire! you can even download wallpapers off the internet!

I already knew all of that wen i 1st got it!!

the only thing i dont know was the wlan but now i know.
i just need to know how do u get flash player?
i already enabled it but still it wont work
