CD->Xbox

I've been copying some of my music to the Xbox, so when I bring it to a friend's house, I don't need to lug all my cd's along with me. I just wish that I could hook to the internet (minus the cost of Live. If a computer can do it, Xbox should to) and use some sort of CDDB lookup service so I don't have to manually type all the names of the songs in. That on-screen keyboard is a pain to navigate with the controller, and it'd be so much easier if it could automatically be done with CDDB.
 
why won/'t they make an Xbox Keyboard?

even the Gamecube has a Keyboard.....

or does the Xbox have a 3rd party keyboard as well?

It might have a third party keyboard..........I can't say for sure though. I think a first arty keyboard would be cool, allowing for people to do cool stuff. Like an alternate way of communicating in games.
 
Yeah, but it's still easier to use the headset with Live. Other than that (communication wise), a keyboard or something would only be nice for XBC so you don't have to run to the computer.
 
actually.. you can hook your Xbox up like a "file server"

I am not sure if you can do without modding or not BUT you can do it somehow.

BV: you prolly have to mod it.

SE: can it be used for Halo? I can destroy most people on Halo PC, but I'm not that great with the Xbox controller.
 
Yeah, it can be used for Halo. Pretty sure it can be used in any game.
