The GTA series has made a very healthy profit for any shareholders of Rockstar, they should be thanking them, not sueing them...

Exactly but I think this is more of getting their name cleared and not look like the bad guys since they own take two.
 
I could think of many bad things to say to the shareholders at the moment. Not exactly board appropriate....so I'll jus sit here with this nice lil smile. ::D
 
Gotta love the U.S. Land of the somewhat free and the home of the sue-happy. Most likely the suit wll be tossed out on account that the shareholders had an idea what kind of game the GTA series is. Honestly, what is worse?? Sex in a videogame or the ability the game gives the player to go on a murderous rampage if they want to??

What's next?? Shareholders of Phillip-Morris suing them because they make tobacco products??

Simply insane...

Sure witnessing, even perpetrating, countless brutal murders in a game is ok, but watching a sex-scene isn't? Where's the logic in that?
