CNN Has A Sweet Setup!

Hi Members!

I was watching CNN this morning and like on other occasions,the weatherman uses his fingers on the monitor to move and change the size of the windows to suit his purposes.What kind of computer has that feature.What are they worth? Just curious

It's just a touch LCD screen. I'm not sure if there is other hardware involved or not. They're not really worth it for the home user.
