Lol, ya, I haven't really found that to be a problem on any console, except for PC, which goes through lag, but that's beside the point.

To be honest I'm still waiting for the XBOX to come up with something for people to talk about other than Halo and Halo 2. Maybe Fable will be that game, but I don't know.
At least on GC you have Metroid, Zelda, and Mario, and to a lesser extent, Resident Evil. And on PS2 there's GTA, GT, and MGS. They split their marquee games up instead of focusing on one big title.

The Xbox has some good exclusives (though most are on the PC, I'll assume that doesn't matter) like Crimson Skies, Ninja Gaiden, Full Spectrum Warrior, Panzer Dragoon Orta. Granted nobody talks about them, but I can find more reason to buy an Xbox than I would a PS2. GTA is a great series and would be incredibly fun, but GT, MGS, and the other "big name titles" on PS2 are just kinda bleh. War of the Monsters was good, and Battle Engine Aquila was great, Way of the Samurai was also an excellent title, well, maybe I could find enough reasons for it, lol.

Yeah, I have about 16 XBOX games now but I find that Halo is still the one I play most. Crimson Skies is also really good, though. Otogi and Voodoo Vince are also pretty fun. I want to get into them more but I never make enough time for it. I'm really terrible about that.
I can't wait to get Burnout 3! We actually got it in the store today (9/8) but I don't get paid until tomorrow, so I'm going to pick it up tomorrow. The reason I am getting it on XBOX is because I like the Controller S for driving games better than the Dualshock 2. The faster loading times and XBOX Live are also big draws. And I'm still on the fence about Fable. But it does look really cool.
PS2...I really want Katamari Damashi. I'm just afraid that since it's so unique they won't send us a lot of copies, and there's no pre-order sku to reserve it so they at least send one copy. I'll have to hope that we get some in. Either that, or ask BV to get it for me.
