Doom 3

Anyone got it? It came out a few days ago in the UK, dunno about the states (perhaps you've had it for ages?).

Not played it on pc either.

I'm loving it. Great fun, a nice simple fps, shoot and kill. Simple. Really tense, a tad easy so far, gorgeous to look at, good sound effects (except for the guns I have so far which all sound a little weedy tbh), plays really well, nice control, and like I say simple and straightforward, which is a refreshing turn. Great fun. I've only done about 10 levels but its certainly thumbs up for now.

Plus I got the collector edition, which has the original ultimate doom and doom 2 on there too. They play really fast, but perhaps its just me, still class though.

My buddy (SpartanEvolved here at the forums) bought it..........he hasnt really told me much about it, but he has been playing it a lot.

the game is scary but if you just sprint threw the rooms blasting everything that looks funny the game is quite humorous. its because the monsters try to jump out of unexpected places but you are just flying by delivering justice.

its a good game though

I have tried to play it on the PC, but it wasn't a game for me. I thought I can handle anything, but not this game. Not with surround sound, all lights switched of and that. It's insane.
