Anyone excited about this? This remake of one of the FINEST and last installments of the NES classic is remade and ported to NDS finally, after 16 years from it's original release! Getting the royal treatment such as FF4 DS did, with 3D Graphics and such.

It's coming out this week to be exact!

I'm resurrecting this thread! I bought this game finally for a mere $20.99 brand new in a Best Buy bargain bin! What a CRYING SHAME!

This is very very traditional old school RPG goodness to the MAX! It warms my old school lovin' heart to see this game again since it's debut on the NES back in 1991. Such a shame it came out during the time when Super NES was just released.

The funniest thing I like about this, the 1st chapter of the game, you play as a man named Ragnar. The people speak really funny. It was hard for me to read the text. It dawned on me, they are speaking in a SCOTTISH accent :lol So after pronouncing the text in that accent out loud to myself, it made perfect sense...

What do I think? I recommend this to anyone! Final Fantasy lovers especially take heed, this game series is what MADE Final Fantasy compete with it in Japan. It breaks my heart it's not fully appreciate here in the USA as it is adored in JAPAN.

Yet if you find it for as cheap as I did, PLEASE PLEASE buy it! I don't want you to miss out on such an amazing storyline!

Yes I have played Dragon Quest IV on the Nintendo DS but I haven't got back into it in several months because I am too busy with the other new games I have been playing lately.
