Who will be online with the DS?

Some of us will have to meet up in animal crossing
Seriously!

Now... does anyone know exactly how the DS online will work?
And I thought I heard its free... is that correct as well?

I've been doing extra work hours and there's a nice bonus going there at the moment, so i've made some niiice cash. Some of that's gonna go towards a DS.

And when it does go online, i'll definately be there.

and it is free they do the online through wireless hotspots with wi-fi technology.
