Well, they said that in MGS4 that Snake has dreams that are like flashbacks and that the player is the one that plays out those dreams. So we could really see some areas of Shadow Moses in the game. Or better yet Outer Heaven.

I really want to know the grave that Snake is visiting at the graveyard scene. It would be really cool to see Frank Jaeger's grave in the game and to see how him and Snake were friends till the end.
 
Well now that MGS4 has come out
You do play on Shadow Moses for 1 dream and it was pretty cool in general especially when he wakes up and for a split second old snake has the pixelated face of Solid Snake in MGS1
