I can't wait for this game!! I've been looking forward to it since it was announced. If you want to try it out, most GameStops should have it available on the DS Download station. The demo is really short, but it gives you a feel for the game.
 
No, it's a sequel to the Japanese game Osu! Tatakae! Oendan!.

If you've ever played Parappa the Rapper for PSone, Elite Beat Agents is more similar to that.
