Iam currently at work (iam an IT help desk) and i wanted to know if there are any FPS web based games out there to pass some time.

Just install Quake II. . .

If you can't install anything, you may be out of luck for FPS.. Not sure.

He wants a web based game recky. Those are free, but they have to be installed.

I remember a friend showing me one. I'm not sure if you could paly other people online with it though. Wish I could remember the name.

You are thinking of Warsow its pretty good IMO.
