Did the nominees seem kind of repetitive to anyone? I guess it makes sense that games nominated for game of the year show up in other categories, but I found the selection of games to be rather narrow. It seemed like most of the categories came down to RE4 and HL2. Maybe I'm losing touch with videogames today, but most of the games I picked didn't even really deserve to win. They just deserved it more than the other nominees.
