Rockstar Games brings a new Grand Theft Auto game, set in the world of Liberty City, to the Sony PSP. More info..

This game is amazing. I got it yesterday, and I just can't stop playing it. It's set in the same city as GTA 3, but there are some differences (some buildings aren't completely built, there's different jumps, etc.).

Multiplayer is incredible. It's 2-6 players with multiple gametypes. My brother and the one GameCrazy employee played together in a deathmatch for over an hour in the store. It's really cool, because there's actually civilians walking and driving through the streets, so it works perfectly. Only one of the three islands at a time though, which still isn't bad for two people in a huge city.

If you have questions, you can always ask.

yeah I bought it, its a great game, the load times arent bad and the graphics are pretty good, but right now i'm stuck on a difficult mission, but i'm anxious to unlock stanton island

BOO!!!!
lol, I have returned, here is my review of the game

every once and a while, a game comes along that completly breaths new life into teh system, for the SNES it was Donkey Kong Country, for the N64 it was Super Smash Brothers, for the PS2 it was GTA: San Andreas, for XBOX it was Halo 2, and now for the PSP, just when you thought developers hated the hardware, a game comes along that changes the face of the system forever.

LCS is HUGE!!!! not just in the scope of the city, but in the epic storyline, you run for major, you fight the mafia, you avenge deaths, you once again become the kingpin of crime. Its amazing, and the stories not even the half of it, the missions will take a good 30 hours for even the most advanced players, plus, beating all the other playstyles (steel a firetruck and become a firefighter, steel a taxi and become a taxi driver, its amazing) your guarneteed atleast 50+ hours of gameplay on the missions alone, and come on, this IS GTA, so you'll be wasting the hours away, making baracades of wrecked cars, going on full blown killing sprees, taking on hordes of cops in chases that make most movie chases seem tame, this is the best game so far for the PSP, its just amazing how much a developer can put into one game alone.

Grand: huge scope, extremly addictive, 50+hours of gameplay
bland: controls and graphics.

Thats a strong review. But when the PSP hasnt been around for even a year, it's hard for me to believe that it breaths new life into the handheld for forever. Oh well Ill just play it to see how it is.

thats because I personally don't have 6 friends who all own PSP's and have the same taste for games, infact, I don't even have 1 friend with a PSP, anyways, what I meant was, I barely used my PSP in like two months, and many people had given up hope on it, I like maybe played 20 minutes of Lumines and thats about it, but then I got this and I can't stop playing the PSP, and not just LCS, it reminded me that the PSP really does rock.

I got it too, to go along with my White PSP that I bought from BV's store (insert cheap pop here) I'm very impressed that they managed to basically squeeze a full featured GTA game on the portable. It's a really good indicator of just what the PSP is capable of.

I had such low expectations for GTA: LCS and was therefore blown away by the game. Love it, I think it's my favorite title so far, but I say that about a lot of things...
