graphics people.... is the Wacom Graphire 3 tablet good?

I am looking to upgrade this... basically, its only $10 more WITH the tablet, so I am giong to be getting it with the tablet.

IS it any good? Anyone know?

I know there is a larger version of the tablet, this is only 4x5.

Having not used a tablet in all my graphics days, I seriously think they are a waste of money.
If you're only doing it as a casual hobby and not as something to earn cash... I wouldn't bother.

I do believe they are more precise and easier to use than a mouse.
But I have no need for one... Yet!

well.. I do make graphics for a living.. sort-of.....

I run 3 websites..... (soon to be all in 1), I am making graphics for my store, sites..etc... all the time.

Not 1 day goes by where I do not have coreldraw or corel photopaint open and am using it.

Heck... it basicallly comes with the program for an extra $10
Its the smallest version though.. the nicest version is around 9x12 I think.

I do appreciate your comments though I should have given this thred more of my background.

has anyone used this? or have opinions on it?
