:lol TELL ME YOU AREN'T JUST FRICKIN GIDDY about this? A Back To The Future Hoverboard should be available for Christmas 2012. No... unfortunately it is not fully functioning. That will take many more years :(

The hoverboard was supposed to be in 2015 though, right? So they do have some time. I'm so excited for this. I'm clumsy as heck, but I think I want one anyway. :)
 
When I got to this part: "The official press release for the toy admits that the board will not actually hover, but 'glide' over surfaces." I just stopped reading.

Naw.. I didn't get all giddy cause I was really wasn't into the movies when I was younger, they're classics though. To be honest with you though, when I saw the thread title I instantly thought to myself: "I wonder how much they're gonna sell this and if anyone is even gonna get them." Even if it did work for real, for real you know damn well the price is gonna be like in the $10k or even $100k, you might as well buy a house or a car with that kind of money. :lol
