Happy Birthday Shigeru Miyamoto! (Nov 16th) Mario's daddy is 54.

Today, November 16 -- just days before Wii launches in North America -- the man behind Mario and Donkey Kong is celebrating his 54 birthday. Shigeru Miyamoto, one of videogames original luminaries, has played a pivotal role in the development of many of the games we know and love today. There's no way to directly thank the man, but I'm sure he appreciates kind words for his games just as much as a birthday wish.
Happy birthday, Mr. Miyamoto! Thanks for all the memorable experiences you've given to all gamers across the world!
