Have you changed over the years in your gaming tastes, as far as genre goes, since you became a gamer? If it has been a drastic change, what do you contribute that to? Advancement in technology? Changes in game design? New genre that filled the hunger?
I started with a Commodore 64, then 16-bit consoles. Mainly I'm a space shooter, arcade, gamer. With a little platforming thrown in. Certain arcade type racers capture my attention. I really haven't changed much in my taste. I still love the same genres as in the beginning except RPGs. I never took an interest or thought I would like them. I tried them in my PS1 days and liked them. I have been trying to go back and capture the 16 RPG days ever since.
