Wife of Adam Sandler Gives Birth to Girl

Adam Sandler is now a real-life "Big Daddy."

Sandler's wife, Jackie, gave birth to the couple's first child, according to a posting on the comedian's Web site.

Under the headline "Sandler had a kid!!," he writes "Kid is healthy!! Wife is healthy!!" No other details were provided.

Sandler, 39, and Jackie, 31, were married in 2003. She is a model and actress who appeared briefly in Sandler's 1999 film, "Big Daddy."

Sandler, a former "Saturday Night Live" regular, has starred in films such as "Happy Gilmore," "The Wedding Singer" and "Punch-Drunk Love." His next movie, "Click," is scheduled to be released this summer.

For some reason a name hasn't been released yet.  Wonder if Adam will give the girl a regular name or if he'll go the celebrity route and give her some weird off the wall name. :lol
