HELP!

Sgtwoodsy

Ooh! Pretty rainbow!
Well, here's the thing.

I'm trying to connect to Mario Kart DS's WFC, but I can't because I don't have a Connection ID.

What should I do? Jump of a cliff? Beat some sense into the thing? Stop asking stupid questions?

~Sgtwoodsy~

EDIT: Wait, this probably belongs is Tech Support. Ehehehehehe.....

Do you even have WiFi?

The DS has built in WiFi.

It shoudln't be that hard to connect to another DS via Wireless WiFi. At the game's start-up screen, the host DS, which is the one with the game, goes to the two player screen. The second DS, at the DS start-up screen, where you can choose between the DS game, GBA game, Pictochat, or DS download. They hit the DS download. Then it should just walk you through it.

As for passwords, you got me on that one. Mine doesn't have a password...

Yes the DS has WiFi but it's useless unless you're around a hot spot or another DS. I think he wanted to play through the internet.

EDIT: By the way welcome back Dart. :)

Ahh I see. And yes, you need a hot spot. I honestly think Nintendo designed it to be used in a library or a coffee shop or something.

Thanks Creepin!! It sucks not being able to go here on a regular basis. :D

What I meant was, if you go into the Wi-Fi Connection Settings, then go to System Configuration, there
should be a Wi-Fi Connection ID.

Mine doesn't have one.

Welcome back, Dart.

Um, your ID as in name is the same one that you type in when it asks for a nickname when you start it up for the first time.

And thanks Woodsy. It's great to be back!!
