You must, without question, pick up Crimson Skies. If you ever do get Xbox Live it is an amazing thing. If you don't it's still an incredible game, and you can pick it up used for under $10, so even if you don't like it (which is impossible) you don't risk that much on it.
I've owned it for about 2 months now and found time to play through it twice despite going to university, working part time, and being distracted with various other games.

If we're all self-proclaiming roles here I'd like to be the self proclaimed devil's advocate of the board. Its not that I like picking arguements with people (although it sometimes seems that way) but I always like to make sure both sides of the discussion are represented. Of course sometimes I just do it for kicks. :lol

He held a game review contest to try and get some reviews on his site for certain games. When he pitched the idea a bunch of people said they were interested and BV offered to give a free game to whoever he chose as the winner of the contest. Well by the end of it (even after a delayed cutoff date) only myself and X2 submitted any reviews. I think I got a runner up 10 or 15 bucks off anything at his store, but I'm not sure if BV could even use either review.
They weren't posted in a topic though, they were e-mailed directly to BV. It was pretty fun to write a review, but it would have been nice to have seen some more competition.

the reviews will be up in a little while. I never put them up because I was deciding on how to do the Game Addicts section.... which now is the mambo CMS system. we have about 4-6 reviews waiting to go up.... they will within due time... I gotta get out of finals here... then I am going to get some site updating done.
