Re: High five DS Lite makers

Yeah, does it not work or what? It works on mine, so yeah...

Re: High five DS Lite makers

Its not even the highlighted color links normally get and it doesn't have the underline.

Instead of this: http://www.egameaddiction.com/forums/index.php?action=post;topic=7400.0;num_replies=2 Its just normal text.

Re: High five DS Lite makers

I know, that's why you copy and paste it.

Re: High five DS Lite makers

Wow, that makes no sense. Hold on, I'll mess around and see if I can get a real link out of it.

Dang. People say that the big chunky DS is more vulnerable to doing that than the DS Lite. And to date mine doesn't even have scratches on the screens!!

Did that just pop off when opening it??

dont dis nintendos manufacturing, just take care of your freakin DS, it didnt get ripped in half due to common manufacturing defects, it was by force

That is not a manufacturing defect. That is someone being stupid and abusing their DS and trying to pass it off as a manufacturing defect. Honestly, I've accidently dropped mine at least twice and it hasn't broken, so I imagine it would take a lot of force for something like that to happen. There's no way it just randomly occurred.

I've had mine thrown across the room a few times, stepped on, and lost under the bed for like a week, and mine's still in perfectly good condition.

That looks like it got ripped off by force.

Of course, the exact same thing happened to my brother's SP, and he was 9 at the time. He also played around with the top too (flipped it back and forth and whatnot). People just need to take care of their things better.

i just bought a nice case that holds all my games, my ds and my charger, and i have no problems. this is just inexcusable. if u can afford a ds/games than you can affor a case.

Same here Hines. I found a way cool one for my DS at a Game Stop for like $7. It's black, holds my games, charger and everything. The cover is extra squishy to absorb a lot of shunts and bumps.

Bottom line is if you want things to last, you gotta take care of your stuff. It ain't the 50's anymore. Toys aren't designed to endure a nuclear holocaust anymore.

Too bad I didn't abuse it. Why would I want to? That's just dumb. If I abused my game stuff, I wouldn't have a perfectly functioning GBC, so how could that last longer than the DS Lite if I did abuse stuff? It had a crack going through where it broke off the back that weakened it, and since no technology was actually in that area, it wasn't built as strong. I wasn't even around in the 50's though, so I don't know crap about the stuff, so don't lecture to me about it.

Give me one good reason how putting a portable system in my pocket at the most would ruin it like that.
