First of all I have to say that anyone who responds to this with an actual character is in desperate need of a lifestyle change...

My pathetic life aside I'd have to go with Tina from DOA Xtreme Beach Volleyball



I know she's technically not a "heroine", but come on, just look at that.
 
DOA Beach Volleyball is funny... A bunch of Final Fantasy (or any Square/Enix) games have attractive CGI heroines. Would Samus from the Metroid series count? Hot chicks that kick ass are always cool.
