How Do I Make These Pics Like Dart Did?

Hi Guys,

How do I go about making these pictures at this size like Dart has?I have "Desk Jet-F380 All-in-one" I figured it would be better explained here,plus I can't find the manual that came with it.

The pics I speak of are in the "Post Your Game Setup" thread on January 24,2007.

You need to resize them. You can use pretty much any image program to do it. A good free one is Gimp.

My wife did it. She's a stickler for having pics on the computer a certain size even though I have a 100 gig hard drive with like 8% used.
