Get either a high quality camera to record, or an actual recording device that records what's on the screen(stick with the camera, the recording devices don't really work too well).

where can i get a recording device? (is that a stupid queston?)
 
To be honest, I dunno, look around. I will tell you, it is kinda a problem. You have to have it in between the wires of your console and TV(to put it in a confusing way), and most consoles now are too strong to be powered with the second source plugged in.
