Last week I was buying something at the gas station I handed the clerk the money. The clerk said that I gave him a bogus 20 but, relay it was a GENUINE 20 FROM 1950! I can't believe the idiot thought it was fake! :lol
 
That's cool man. I work in retail, and I find all kinds of weird bills. I found two $1 silver certificates from 1950 and 1956. They look almost completely different from traditional $1 bills.

I'd say keep it. You never know what yahoo will come by and give you a hundred bucks for an old 20.

Yep, just good old classic money. Before the shiny copy protection measures. Many of us miss them. ;-)
BTW, at this time you could exchange money for gold or silver.
 
I don't know if I have ever had a really old bill, but once my husband found a twenty dollar bill on the grass, he wet up to the house and asked the lady if it was hers, but she said it wasn't so he got a free twenty.
