I Got Sucked In By "Error Smart",Can Anyone Help?

Que Pasa?

After a manual virus scan I noticed that the bulk of my infections is from downloading "Error Smart".
Where is it located on my computer,so that I can delete it?
Any help however little would be greatly appreciated.

Do I need some sort of Cyber-Prescription? :

Only for the pain killers you may require after you realise you'll have to probably get back a few things once you've jumped back a few days with the restore point.

And if that doesn't work, then we shall prescribe a healthy dose of AVG, an injection of "Add/Remove programs" app (which is on your computer) [Start / control panel / Add or remove programs].
