The third project from the "Olympic Team" behind both Shadow of the Colossus and Ico looks like might make its long anticipated reveal next month at the 2008 Tokyo Game Show. What appears to be a newly launched TGS teaser website calls the game ICO 3 The Queen, adding that Japanese PS3 owners will be able to yank the title off store shelves on October 9, 2009.

Given the name, as well as the site's reuse of the original game's logo, it remains unclear if the title will be any sort of direct follow up to the original Ico or another stand alone project, but whatever the case we cannot wait to find out more once TGS gets underway.

Edit: As some have pointed out, the site's validity is suspect, meaning we now wait until next month's TGS to see if in fact the next game from Team ICO will make an appearance or simply break our hearts.

That's awesome! I need to pick up Ico. I finished SotC and liked it, so Ico will probably be just as enjoyable.

Good luck. I had a chance to buy ICO a while ago for $17 and didn't buy it. Now I can't find it for less than $30. Dumb me >:(

It won many international awards, it's visually the prettiest PS2 games in history (Shadow of the Colossus and Ico). It's like the Zelda series on PS2 to put it bluntly.

ICO is full of enchanting mysteries, breath taking graphics, puzzleing... puzzles, and a storyline that will keep you playing 'til the end.

Because it has a really impressive cool atmosphere to it..big, lonely, sorta sad, just feels like you are really in a huge old place.

And the game itself just feels unique and special. Like very well done.

yeah, the play area is huge. although its not soley an exploration game, it plays a big part in the game.
Same as SotC, only instead of a huge castle, its more of a plain type landscape, and you wouldnt get anywhere without Agro.
