I want a Wii!!!

It's a great system man. From the very easy to use online modes, to the great games it's pumping out. Nintendo exclusives are gems that should be treasured forever, including some great ones like Super Mario Galaxy and Zack and Wiki. The control's are very intuitive and responsive, and you'll never feel like you're trying too hard to play a game. Often, you won't even feel like you're holding onto a controller. Oh, and did I mention the Virtual Console? The Virtual Console pumps out old school games every Monday, and the most expensive you'll ever find a game is $12 (Sin and Punishment - N64). And the Mii's and different channels, though not extremely important, are a very welcome break from what you're used to.

All of that sounds amazing, The Wii will be my first console of this gen. I am going to put my money towards it first.

Oh snap...sorry, didn't catch your age. :lol

Yeah, it's hard to come up with money at 16, especially trying to get a new console. But if it's taking you a while to get the money, maybe Nintendo's production of the Wii will catch up and you'll be able to find one. :)

I have applied to like 30 places :(
Oh, well, never mind then. You could always apply to Gamestop, so you could buy your Wii the minute it comes in.

You can't. Even if you work there. The stock that comes in is for the customers, not the clerks.

Dang. So you have to be off work?

Either that or go to another store.
That could work if you have several stores in the area. Wait, you're still doing your shift.

Or set one aside for you and your friends. That's what my friend did...how do you think I got three Wii's (one which was sold and one which was a Christmas gift) within the last year? Companies like that are corrupt when it comes to shortages of systems.
