Harry is really fun guy. Move the mouse pointer and he'll follow you. Click on him to pick him up. If you use the scroll on your mouse, you can tilt the map The controls on the upper-right screen can create different effects. (i.e. Change color, shadow effects, leg size, and speed)
 
The site also comes with some other interesting games (but this one takes win).

You forgot to mention that it's guaranteed to kill time.
