there was a game i played back in like 1994-1997. it was like a strategy/war game that you could shoot rockets and stuff at the others. but there was weapons like fat man and little boy. when the weapon hit something it took a chunk out of the ground(kind of like worms) but this game was from a top view. you could jump to another place or raise the ground underneath yourself. thats all i can remember if anyone has any ideas please write back.
