My dad came home the other day with a Starter Kit for Spore he obtained and OMG I now understand why the hype has been so good.
After creating several creatures, I wasn't surprised to find that almost as many hours had also gone by as I wasted away in front of my PC. The Starter Kit has given me but a mere taste, but it's been just enough to get my taste-buds reving with a lip-licking motion!!!
The back of the Starter Kit CD case said I get a discount if I present it while pre-ordering at EB... ... ... I think I might just pay a visit there this weekend. ;D
