Soul singer and arranger Isaac Hayes, who won Grammy awards and an Oscar for the theme from the 1971 action film "Shaft," has died, sheriff's officials in Memphis, Tennessee, reported Sunday.

Some may remember him as the voice of Chef on South Park before he left the show. Sad to see a great man fall. R.I.P.
 
I read that he was working on a film with Bernie. Weird they both dying so close together like that.
 
the bad thing is people usually die in threes so someone else might die that is famous or something

i wonder if that will happen and if so that would suck to turn true
