well.. talking like a pirate is not offensive... not sure if anyone would be offended talking like any of those other 2 :)

I love the accent of British people. Canadian accents are pretty cool too, as with Austrailian. French accents are usually hard to understand when they speak English, only because their language doesn't really have a sound for the letter "r" and there's absolutely no "th" sound.
 
I remember an old joke my French teacher played on other French people:

Write the word "Towel" on a piece of paper.
Hand to a French person and tell them to say the word like we would in English
Point and Laugh.

Ok I made up the last step..
