Kaz Is Stuck Again,Please Have Pity

Hi Addicts!

After I performed a manual scan of my system with "Avast-Antivirus:Home Edition",I noticed that in the "Summary" it said that it couldn't delete 2 viruses somehow involved with my "Recycle Bin".The virus type is "Trojan.Agent.bozu".

I sent a message to my current virus protection company,and they explained that some viruses are very difficult to delete for certain virus protection programs,so they sent me this:

I'm not too sure if I should try it without consulting some of you more experienced Addicts.Something tells me that at my experience level,I'd be getting in over -my-head.Any help however little,would be truly appreciated.

Try using their instructions to remove it manually before installing the program. After you erase it, rescan your computer with your Avast Antivirus, and if the trojan is still there, you'll probably have to download that program to erase it for you.
