LOD fans here something i found

i just found out this seceret in LOD its to get kongo dragoon faster you talk to this old man in a town and he gives it two you i forget which city i'll let you know later
 
I know it: it's the commercial town of Lohan, where you fight Llyod in the arena and lose........that always gets on my nerves. :D


does anyone know how to get all the Stardust in that game?! I heard there's like 50, but I always finish with half as much! it frustrates me...... >:(
 
I have a question. Does anyone know how to beat the ghost commander?? I've been fighting and losing for the last two weeks. I noticed that Rose has zero effect on the guys, so Astral Drain is of no help. Every time I knock the commander down, he gets back up again. Any hints???
 
Damn I remember my days with LoD, fun times. I with they could make a sequel. I wish I still had my LoD.
 
The magical world of Ebay has them. Unless the store here has them. I am growing to loathe the game though. I can't help but playing, but at the same time it isn't like other games where it steadily gets harder. Some of the early fights are the hardest in the game, and others are easy. Right now the one I am stuck on is supposedly one of the easiest. I may have to start over. I think my problem is I don't have the right equipment and supplies...
 
its expensive to get a good rpgs such as legend of dragoon on ebay.. prepare to spend at least $100.
 
I bought my LoD game at a place in the mall for $6. Any more mint and it would have been new. But I have seen them go for upwards to $15, but never have seen them for $100. I have seen Panzer Dragoon Saga for the Sega Saturn for $150-200, but never Legend of Dragoon.
 
Okay guys, I am stuck yet AGAIN!!! This time I am at the Winglies' old city and am getting my tail kicked by the big jewel thing that has the Dragon Block Staff. Spells seem to have little effect. Dragoon magic is useless because it uses the staff. And it seems that physical attacks take forever. That and it uses devistating light magic attacks that will even kill Kongol in just two turns. And before I back track all the way to the nearest supply shop, does anyone know how to beat this thing?? I have equipped my guys with the rings that raise defense against light attacks, I have used the rings that revives them after they are killed, and I am sick of seeing "Game Over."

Is there any help out there???
 
Let me know if you need help then. I am useful up untill disk 3. I'm about midway through, and am stuck on a stupid blob of a thing that keeps kicking my party's tail.
 
Awesome game! I havn't played it for gosh, 3 years now I believe. I had 99 stardust out of 100 and the one I missed just happen to be one that cannot be had once you leave the area {the area gets destroyed}. Sad because I really wanted to fight that hidden boss, I would've beat him senseless. I still remember Dart always saying "Blazing Dynamo!!" or sumthin silly like that during battles :lol

I think there are some striking similarities, but I'm not sure it was supposed to be the same storyline.

Yeah they all shout out their unique attack moves. I use Volcano for Dart almost exclusively.
